Cancellation Policy
- 10% of the total package cost will be charged if cancellation is done between 30 days in advance of arrival.
- 50% of the total package cost will be charged if cancellation is done between 15 days in advance of arrival.
- 100% of the total package cost will be charged if cancellation is done between 07 days in advance of arrival.
- No refunds for cancellations on booking for
- No refund will be entertained in case of unused nights or services / early check out.
- No refund will be entertained if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, civil / political disturbance, or anything beyond human control. But there will be full co- operation from the entire team to make an alternate arrangement in such cases.
IMPORTANT
- Tips/Gratuities to tour Guides/Drivers for good service are not included. Partially or fully unused services in the itinerary are non-refundable.
- Most Meals at hotels and restaurants, unless specified otherwise in the itinerary, do not include drinking water, soft drinks or coffee or tea. These and any other beverages chargeable.
- Checkout and special departure notice is to be given to passengers by Tour Leaders, one or two days prior to the departure day. This notice provides a reminder of timings of baggage collection, hotel departure and other pertinent information.
- Emergencies - 24 hours mobile telephone numbers of Tours Reps are available to group leaders during the program duration.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
- * Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
- * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
